We gathered as much local rhubarb and strawberries that we could get our hands on to create this blade of a beer, sharp and fruity with a wicked bite. Loaded with fresh rhubarb and kettle soured to amplify the tartness, we have balanced the all round flavour profile by conditioning with fresh, juicy strawberries.
