At Brew Toon, we’re passionate about brewing big flavour-forward beers, so what better way to try out some of the finest hops this world has to offer, than by developing a series of hazy IPA’s with the end goal of discovering the optimum juicy IPA to add to our range of core beers. Hazy #1 Mosaic
Welcome to our new hazy IPA series! This time we're showcasing Mosaic - a hop known for its tropical & stone fruit notes. We’ve added the majority of hops during the whirlpool and dry hop to create a big punchy aroma, with the rest going in mid-boil because we miss beers having a little bite of bitterness! Heavy on the flaked oats and wheat, expect a bright hazy IPA oozing with fresh American hop.
