1st Brew Day at Brew Toon

We had our first brew day today, the equipment did not do everything as expected but eventually our first "Weekend Hooker" brew made it into the fermentation tank! The different malts really do create some kind of magic - fingers crossed that this first brew of Brew Toon Lager will be as delicious as it smells! Besides the happy news, there are also some sad ones - our commissioner left us today to go back home after he made sure that we wouldn't mess up the first go at the equipment he installed so religiously. He is already missed but he is coming back this summer and by then we will impress him with our three delicious Brew Toon beers.
